Narrative of Services:

The practice employs a range of evidence-based methods aimed at assisting individuals in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and addressing their challenges associated with OCD. The primary therapeutic approach for OCD is delivered in the form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy known as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Furthermore, our services extend to treating co-occurring conditions linked to neurodiversity disorders such as Autism and ADHD.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD.

Training Description:

Licensed Associate Mental Health Counselor in New York and New Jersey. Currently, pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Regent University (RU), with a focus on family studies. Member of Families and Children Experiencing Success (FACES) Lab at New York University (NYU), working on interventions to reduce the burden and enhance the flourishing of youth with neurodiversity-related challenges and their families wellbeing.
