Narrative of Services:
I offer treatment (in-person and virtual), including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), for individual seeking support with symptoms of OCD and OC-related disorders. This work comprises approximately 25% of the clients that I see in my clinical practice.
Training Description:
I received direct OCD-focused training at the Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital. I also continue to attend associated conferences and workshops on contemporary evidence-based practice of psychology and it’s application to OCD.
