My practice specializes in and is exclusively devoted to the treatment of adults (18+) with OCD, Anxiety, BFRBs & OCD related disorders. I provide individualized, supportive and integrative treatment to new and long time sufferers, as well as individuals with mild, moderate or severe OCD. I provide continued care to sufferers upon discharge from hospital, from both OCD intensive outpatient and inpatient programs. I treat all subtypes of OCD with over 80% of my caseload being OCD treatment, and the remainder being other anxiety disorders or OCD related disorders. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and consult on cases.
I am currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) OCD SIG (Special Interest Group), and for the past two years, I have served as its Co-Vice Chair. I have participated in 100+ hours of Consultations/Advanced Consultations through the IOCDF’s Training Institute (BTTI), led by world renowned experts and faculty in the field of OCD. I graduated from both the IOCDF’s BTTI and Advanced Forum. For 10+ years I have routinely participated in OCD educational trainings and OCD professional development seminars and conferences, and have been part of a multitude of OCD peer groups.
I have vast experience treating people with OCD and anxiety from multicultural and diverse religious backgrounds, as well as members from the 2SLGBTQI+ communities.
