Narrative of Services:

My practice is devoted to the treatment of Anxiety, OCD, and OCD related disorders. I provide individualized, supportive and integrative treatment to new and long time sufferers, as well as individuals with mild, moderate or severe OCD. I also provide continued care to sufferers upon discharge from hospital, from both OCD intensive outpatient and inpatient programs. I treat all subtypes of OCD and I provide supervision to Master’s level social workers and psychotherapists on OCD cases only. About 80% of my caseload is OCD treatment and 20% general Anxiety treatment. My treatment methods are ERP, ACT, MBCT, I-CBT, and OCD/GAD specific CBT

Training Description:

Since 2016, I have routinely participated in continuing education trainings and professional development seminars and conferences offered by the IOCDF. I have participated in over 70 hours of Consultations and Advanced Consultations through the IOCDF’s Training Institute (BTTI), led by world experts and faculty in the field of OCD. I also graduated from the IOCDF Adult BTTI. I attend monthly Anxiety and Depression Association of America (adaa.org) OCD Special Interest Group meetings as well as monthly peer consultation round table discussions with other OCD specialists based in the U.S. I also participate in self directed professional development.

Diversity Statement:

I have vast experience treating people with OCD and Anxiety from multicultural and diverse religious backgrounds, as well as members from the LGBTQ2S+ communities.
