Narrative of Services:

Most of my clients have OCD or a phobic avoidance disorder such as panic disorder, social anxiety disorder or specific phobias as well as generalized anxiety disorder. I specialize in exposure-based therapy and can offer clients a Virtual Reality (VRET) option as well. Therapy also incorporates key concepts of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Training Description:

I am a Registered Psychologist and I have been treating OCD and anxiety disorders for over 35 years. I am also an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Alberta. I supervise psychiatry residents and provisional psychologists. I am a member of the ADAA, ABCT, and Natasha Daniels’ therapist community.

Treatment Groups:

NO More Fear is a psychoeducational and family-based group program designed to help individuals ages 10 years and up who are living with OCD and anxiety disorders. NMF is designed to help individuals understand the principles of successful exposure (ERP) to overcome fear-based behavior. The groups are run periodically based on demand. www.nomorefearyeg.com
