Narrative of Services:

I have experience treating children, teens, and young adults with OCD, OCPD, and other issues related to cognitive rigidity and perfectionism via cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and medication. My practice also offers intensive multiple times a week therapy/psychoanalysis especially for perfectionism, OCPD, and cognitive OCD where the treatment was resistant to ERP or those who are looking for outpatient therapy instead of residential or PHP.

alcohol use disorder, cannabis use disorder.

Training Description:

I have 9 years of working with patients with OCD and OCD spectrum disorders in teens and adults as a part of my residency and fellowship training in psychiatry and additional psychotherapy supervision and training post residency/fellowship training.
