Narrative of Services:

Recognizing that OCD and related disorders is often life limiting and can be debilitating, it is important to establish a good working relationship between you and your therapist. I provide compassionate and goal directed therapy that collaboratively involves the client structuring exposure work as well as supportive therapy. My practice focuses extensively on OCD related disorders and the often complicated issues that occur along with them.

I have over 20 years working with substance and addictive issues and the co-occurrence with OCD and related disorders. I utilize DBT, ERP, and ACT as well as interpersonal therapy to address these issues. I also treat OCD co-occurrence with personality disorders, eating disorders, and affective disorders. The treatment of co-occurring disorders can be complicated and needs particular attention and management. I also treat OCD and co-occurring disorders within the context of the family and other relationships.
