I help my clients process, develop, and improve by defining new ways to identify and solve problems.

My expertise includes treating individuals with wide ranging emotional or behavioral issues. I have extensive experience in helping struggling families improve their relationships.

I hold certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (for trauma related issues), and Parent Coaching (for parents of struggling adolescents or young adults). I am also trained in Exposure Therapy for helping those with OCD overcome their daily challenges.

I believe therapy doesn’t end just because the session does. We’ll design a treatment plan with measurable goals together.

I continue to attend workshops and participate in case consultation groups.
