Narrative of Services:

Most of the clients I work with suffer from OCD and OC related disorders. I work collaboratively with the individual to design and implement cognitive behavioral treatment plans tailored to meet their needs. I provide in-session exposure and response prevention techniques for OCD and OC related disorders. In addition I incorporate the mindfulness-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing strategies to help improve their OCD symptoms, anxiety, or depression.

Training Description:

I am a LICSW with over 20 years of experience working with individuals with OCD and OC related disorders in both residential and outpatient settings. I have had extensive training at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA. I have worked as a home-based counselor treating clients with OCD and Hoarding Disorder. Currently I provide in-office and teletherapy to individuals with OCD and OC related disorders. I have given talks on OCD and its treatment to professionals, schools, and in the community.
