Narrative of Services:

95 % of my current caseload includes treating OCD and Related Disorders.
I offer services to residents in California, in person and via telehealth. I am also available to meet patients at their homes and/or in the “real” world if the treatment plan requests it.
If it is necessary (in 99% of cases, based on my experience), I involve family members, partners, and friends in the therapy to provide them with psychoeducation and tools (for example, how to respond to reassurance-seeking and how to reduce accommodations), and involve them in the exposures if necessary.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Depression

Training Description:

I attended the School of Cognitive Psychotherapy (SPC) in Rome from 2013 to 2016, which is directed by Francesco Mancini, who is a lead therapist and scholar on OCD in Italy and Europe.

I worked at the Renewed Freedom Center, which is a well-known specialized center for OCD and anxiety treatment in LA and in the US.

I have been working with OCD and anxiety disorders using ERP for over 10 years, both under supervision and not.
