I work in my own private mental health practice providing mental health counseling from a variety of approaches for a range of presenting issues with a primary practice focus on OCD, anxiety disorders and trauma recovery. I am passionate about helping people change the relationship they have with OCD and dedicated to providing increased access to evidenced based treatments for OCD and related disorders. Throughout the more than 11 years as a therapist I have provided treatment for many people struggling with OCD and related disorders.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of MN and have been working in the mental health field for more than 15 years and treating patients with OCD and related disorders for over 11 years. I have participated in training and education in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and related disorders through clinical social work graduate training, continuing education training through Rogers Behavioral Health, and continuing education training through the Cognitive Behavior Institute Center for Education and the International OCD Foundation, and more.
