I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults with OCD. I utilize evidence-based treatment to target a wide range of OCD presentations, including—but not limited to—sexual orientation, relationships, pedophilia, scrupulosity, and contamination. About 40–50% of my caseload includes clients with OCD or related disorders.

I have completed intensive training in OCD through IOCDF’s BTTI. I’ve also had specialized training in CBT for OCD through Massachusetts General Hospital and Inference-Based CBT through the OCD Training School. Additionally, my clinical education includes training in ACT, Trauma-Informed ACT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and ComB for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs).

I welcome people of all races, religions, sexual orientations, gender expressions, cultural identities, and abilities to explore whether my services can meet their needs. I create a space for all clients to be unjudged, deeply heard and skillfully supported as they engage in their important work.
