I work for Sagent Behavioral Health in Hugo, MN. I have specialized training in OCD and related disorders. If you call the clinic and my schedule is not open to new clients, please request the staff to check with me. I am very open to taking on clients with OCD when they find me through the IOCDF. I may choose to call you before you are scheduled to talk through the process and to make sure we would be a good fit to work together.

I have worked with clients with OCD and other anxiety spectrum disorders for eight years and heavily rely on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in my work. ERP is the most researched and efficacious treatment for OCD. It is considered the gold standard. I have worked and trained at Rogers Behavioral Health, which is the leading treatment center in MN and in the United States for OCD. I have experience in working with more severe cases in a partial hospitalization treatment setting and less severe cases in the outpatient setting, the level of care that I currently work with.
