Narrative of Services:

I offer outpatient treatment and about 75%-80% of my caseload has OCD as their primary diagnosis and the other 25% have other anxiety diagnoses including panic disorder, social anxiety, specific phobia, health anxiety, and generalized anxiety. I see people both in-person and via-telehealth and treat children, adolescents and adults.

Training Description:

I have specialized in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD since fall of 2018 when I began working at the NW Anxiety Institute in Portland, OR. There I received extensive training, supervision, and consultation in treating anxiety and OCD using CBT, ACT, and ERP. At NWAI, I treated adults, teen, and children in both and an outpatient and IOP setting until March 2020 when I left to go on maternity leave. After my leave, I began my private practice in January of 2021 where I continue to exclusively treat anxiety disorders and OCD.

Diversity Statement:

I strive to provide compassionate, culturally responsive evidence-based behavioral therapy. I seek out up-to-date research and training in my commitment to the ethics and principles as a licensed clinical psychologist. This includes additional training and supervision to uphold values of social justice in both my personal and professional life. In treatment, I use a trauma-informed approach to consider how systems of inequity and oppression impact those in marginalized groups including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ persons. I seek to create a space where personal and cultural identities are thoughtfully and deliberately brought into the room as an essential consideration in treatment.
