Narrative of Services:

I provide individual psychotherapy to clients in CO & FL. I utilize ERP and ACT modalities to treat OCD. Individuals with an OCD diagnosis make up about 80% of my practice.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat co-occurring disorders such as generalized anxiety, mood disorders (BPD, Bi-polar) and ADHD alongside OCD. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention with Acceptance and Commitment therapy with clients.

Training Description:

I have been providing therapy for over 8 years post graduate. I have extensive training in both Exposure and Response Prevention, ACT, DBT, and EMDR.
