I own my own private practice that focuses on severe anxiety disorders (i.e. OCD/OC disorders, Panic disorder, and agoraphobia), PTSD and complex trauma, LGBTQIA affirming care, and chronic illnesses/disability community. My caseload of currently has about 40% of OCD and/or OC Related disorders, and I have treated a moderate number of individuals with OCD or an OC Related disorder since residency in 2020, but have only recently begun to focus on marketing to OCD and OC related disorders in 2023.
Trauma & PTSD – For trauma, my treatment structure utilizes experiential techniques such as EMDR, IFS-informed Parts Work, Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), and behavioral techniques such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I have had 4 years of experience treating OCD clients. Most notable trainings and workshops include: CBT and ERP integration intensive certification course, Inhibitory Learning digital seminar, Praxis: ACT for Anxiety Disorders, ACT for OCD Toolbox with Psychotherapy Academy, I-CBT Online Consultation and 2-day Intensive, ongoing consultation with IFS and IOCDF.org certified provider and graduate of BTTI, and senior clinician at the OCD Center of Los Angeles since 2023. I also have lived experience with OCD, which informs my treatment and experience.
I keep up with trainings, seminars, and local activism surrounding the intersectionality between the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent/ASD community, and the disabled community, and give occasional educational talks on providing affirming care to these communities. I have lived experiences and am apart of both the LGBTQIA+ and the disabled community, and attend conferences for providing competent therapeutic interventions.
