Approximately 50% of my practice is focused on OCD, and about 25% focused on other anxiety disorders. I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach when working with clients. Besides offering therapy services in English, I also offer therapy services in Portuguese, as I am originally from Brazil and take pride in serving the Brazilian community in the United States.

I am a LMHC in the state of Washington, and I have been working with adults, children, and adolescents for the past 13 years. My experience encompasses treating adolescents, children, families, and adults in IOP and PHP as well as outpatient and private practice. I have received training in treating OCD with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) at the CTSA, University of Pennsylvania. I have also completed the Pediatrics BTTI training thru the IOCDF. I also attended past trainings at The Beck Institute as well as received specialized training in treating emetophobia at the CABT. I participate in ongoing clinical consultation with senior ERP therapists and engage in ongoing trainings for anxiety disorders (GAD, panic d/o, SAD, etc.)

I am an immigrant, originally from Brazil, and provide therapy services in English and Portuguese.
