I offer evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents, and adults, with particular focus on Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and OCD-spectrum conditions including Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (Trichotillomania, Excoriation).I also provide the Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT). I also provide treatment for a variety of other anxiety-related problems (Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). I provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to address parent-child relationships and conflict.

Diversity Statement:
I have spent my entire career working in the state of Hawaii (Honolulu and surrounding communities). The community is made up of a wide array of different ethnic and cultural groups (incl. Pacific Islanders, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean communities). I have also worked within the military healthcare system in Hawaii through which I have had wide-ranging experiences with Caucasian, Latino, African-American, and Asian soldiers and their families.
My graduate and post-doctoral training through University of Hawaii included a strong emphasis on multicultural exposure and skill-development embedded in coursework and training experiences. Clinical training involved work with a wide range of ethnic and cultural groups repesented in Honolulu.
