Narrative of Services:

The Quiet Mind Clinic is a virtual psychotherapy practice specializing in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and related conditions. I provide individualized, evidence-based treatment, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My practice focuses on helping individuals manage intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, avoidance, and anxiety through structured, collaborative treatment. Approximately 95% of my caseload consists of individuals with OCD or related disorders, and I have treated approximately hundreds of individuals with these conditions throughout my clinical career.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I have experience treating various disorders that often co-occur with OCD. Based on how each disorder affects your functioning, we will collaboratively decide whether it’s more beneficial to address one clinical issue before the other or to tackle them concurrently.

Training Description:

I received training in ERP at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety and under the supervision of a senior therapist in the field of treating OCD and related disorders.

Diversity Statement:

As a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in outpatient mental health and private practice, I have worked with individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, as well as varying gender identities and sexual orientations. My education and clinical training emphasized cultural humility, awareness of implicit biases, and the importance of understanding how cultural and systemic factors influence mental health. I strive to provide an inclusive, affirming, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment, tailoring evidence-based interventions to each client’s unique experiences, values, and needs.
