Narrative of Services:

I provide therapy services for individuals with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, and co-occurring disorders. I began extensive training in exposure and response prevention (ERP) in 2017 and remain committed to providing ERP as a treatment option in addition to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and traditional supportive therapies. Currently my case load is approximately 50% individuals with OCD receiving ERP or structured CBT services. Telehealth services available to individuals residing in California.

I also treat depression and trauma. I utilize CBT, exposure, and draw on attachment theory and the trauma resiliency model model. Treatment initially focuses on finding relief from the most disruptive behaviors in an individual’s life followed by uncovering deeper root causes and beliefs that may maintain these behaviors.
