Adriana Diaz, LCSW
Narrative of Services:
I provide therapy services for individuals with eating disorders, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and co-occurring disorders. I began extensive training in ERP in 2017 and remain committed to providing ERP as a treatment option in addition to CBT and traditional supportive therapies. Currently my case load is approximately 1/3 individuals with OCD receiving ERP or structured CBT services.
I also treat depression and trauma. I utilize CBT, exposure, and draw on attachment theory and the trauma resiliency model model. Treatment initially focuses on finding relief from the most disruptive behaviors in an individual’s life followed by uncovering deeper root causes and beliefs that may maintain these behaviors.
