Narrative of Services:

I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and working with the Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) community. I use elements of CBT, ERP, and ACT to help clients learn to manage their anxiety or OCD in healthy ways. If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or OCD, you can get back control of your life. I teach clients the science of their emotions and their bodies so they can confidently learn how to overcome their struggles and handle life’s stressors. I also create a safe space for BIPOC to feel comfortable and seen. Reach out for a consultation.
