Narrative of Services:

I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and working with the Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) community. I use elements of CBT, ERP, and ACT to help clients learn to manage their anxiety or OCD in healthy ways. Anxiety and OCD can feel like they’re taking over you life. But you don’t have to keep living this way. I help clients understand the cycles getting them stuck and concrete coping tools to overcome their struggles and handle life’s stressors. I also create a safe space for BIPOC to feel comfortable and seen. Reach out for a consultation.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Phobias, Health Anxiety, and Agoraphobia.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in anxiety and OCD. I was initially trained in OCD and anxiety disorders at a private practice specializing in anxiety. I have been trained in ERP, ACT, CBT, and ICBT through various settings. I regularly continue to attend trainings and participate in specialized OCD consultation groups. I am the author of the Panic Attack Relief Workbook. I am a board member of the Los Angeles chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and am a member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America.
