I exclusively see adults for individual therapy through my private practice, and provide treatment in-person from my home office, as well as through telehealth across the five states in which I am licensed: VA, MA, CO, FL, and PA. Approximately 25% of my population have OCD. I predominantly utilize ERP, with CBT as appropriate, to treat OCD.

I have been treating individuals with OCD since 2018. Previously, I have taken a variety of trainings on OCD, Scrupulosity, and related disorders. In April of 2025, I attended the BTTI , and participated in the IOCDF follow up consultation groups.
