Narrative of Services:

I treat a number of mental health challenges, with particular specializations in OCD, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and depression. I have lived experience with OCD and understand how debilitating and isolating it can be. My experience has deeply shaped my treatment approach and I founded The Kintsugi Practice in part out of this passion to help others find relief through compassionate, individualized evidence-based care.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat comorbid depression and trauma-related conditions. I draw from ERP, CBT (and I-CBT specifically), ACT, and DBT to address OCD and its complex comorbidities.

Training Description:

I have broad training with a specialized interest and expertise in anxiety and OCD. I received my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the SDSU/UC San Diego Joint Doctoral Program and completed a two-year post-doctoral fellowship at UCLA.

Diversity Statement:

Individuals of all backgrounds and identities are welcome at The Kintsugi Practice. Cultural humility and responsiveness, in addition to inclusivity, are highly important values to me as a psychologist. It is important to me to understand your individual context and to account for these important factors when working with you and developing the best treatment plan for your needs.
