Director of Training
The Anxiety Institute provides outpatient and intensive outpatient services to children and adolescents struggling with OCD and related anxiety disorders. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed for adolescents and young adults between the ages of 13 and 25. We provide comprehensive, continuous care for expedited and enduring recovery using evidence-based methods such as CBT, ERP, and ACT.
I began my pre-doctoral training at the University of Florida’s OCD and Related Disorder Clinic. During my time at UF, I received extensive training in CBT and ERP. Following my postdoctoral training, I served as one of the original psychologists at Mclean’s Child and Adolescent OCD Institute. During my time at Mclean I worked as the Director of Clinical Services and treated children and adolescents with severe, treatment-refractory OCD. I currently serve as the Director of Training at the Anxiety Institute, where I oversee the internal and external training programs and continue to serve clients with OCD and related disorders.
