Narrative of Services:

The majority of clients treated at the office are treated for OCD.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) which involves gradually and intentionally facing situations, thoughts, or images that trigger anxiety (exposure) while resisting the urge to engage in compulsive behaviors or avoidance (response prevention). Over time, repeated exposures teach the brain that the feared outcome is unlikely or manageable, allowing individuals to tolerate distress without relying on compulsions.

Training Description:

I earned a Ph.D in Counseling Psychology at Loyola University in Chicago
I completed training at the Behavior Therapy Training Institute through the International OCD Foundation.
