Narrative of Services:

Our practice offers a comprehensive range of services that prioritize evidence-based therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I also provide trauma-informed services. We understand the impact of past traumas and recognize the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for healing.

Training Description:

I have attended the BTTI 3 day training on OCD and use ERP for BIPOC communities. I have ACT for OCD and ERP Training as well as a Trauma Informed exposure training from the Anxiety Institute. I am currently meet with other providers for an ACT peer group and monthly for consultation regarding OCD and related disorders.

I am committed to delivering LGBTQ affirming care and supporting individuals from BIPOC communities. I specialize in helping young adults overcome past traumas, life challenges, and a range of mental health issues. With expertise in treating trauma, anxiety disorders (including social anxiety), depression, relationship difficulties, identity and gender issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders (ED), I utilize an integrative approach that combines evidence-based therapies and holistic practices.

I am a graduate of Florida International University, where I received my masters degree in clinical counseling I have completed trainings on ethics and supporting multicultural communities.
