Approximately 60% of my current practice focused on OCD. I provide individual ERP-based treatment for adults, teens, and select young clients, as well as parent-based work using SPACE when appropriate. I see clients in my office, via telehealth, and when clinically appropriate and logistically possible, at their home or in the community for real-world exposure work. I also work with clients whose OCD overlaps with ADHD, autism/neurodivergence, anxiety, or depression.
OCD can overlap with anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, and depression, and those differences can shape how treatment is approached. I use ERP as the foundation of OCD treatment, while adapting the work with ACT, CBT, and parent/family strategies such as SPACE when appropriate. My goal is to treat OCD without losing sight of the rest of what you are dealing with.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention from the Cognitive Behavior Institute. I have also completed training in SPACE and SPACE-Expanded (for ARFID and Failure to Launch), and pursue ongoing education in OCD treatment.
