Narrative of Services:

Cedar Tree Therapy offers the evidence based gold standard for OCD treatment, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as well as adjunctive treatments such as ACT and I-CBT.
Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) is also treated here. Dana understands that BDD is a unique intersection between OCD and Eating Disorders, requiring expertise in both areas.
Dana is a member of the International OCD Foundation.
Dana Etherington provides Clinical Supervision to OCD therapists.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In terms of co-occuring disorders, I treat OCD when it may also occur with and eating disorder. I also treat ARFID in my practice.

Training Description:

Dana’s OCD and eating disorder experience began in psychiatric inpatient unit settings where she worked among the multidisciplinary team to treat those in hospital for OCD & related disorders. After transitioning to private practice, she completed the BTTI intensive OCD treatment training through IOCDF. She continues to engage in many OCD related professional development courses with IOCDF year round.
