I offer individual therapy for those who suffer from OCD and/or OC related disorders. Treatment will vary depending on the client’s needs and may include Exposure and Response Prevention, which is often augmented with Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, stress management, lifestyle changes, skills training, behavioral activation, family accommodation prevention, and psychotherapy. My practice is currently 40% OCD and 40% various anxiety disorders. I am currently working with 19 individuals who suffer from OCD or OC related disorders.

Cultural competency is an important part of my practice. As such, I have participated in specific trainings, which include but are not limited to, a semester of Counseling Diverse Populations course and Essentials of anti-racist mental health practice.
I also have many years of working experience with diverse populations, which allows me to be sensitive to the cultural needs of my clients.
