With years of experience as the Clinical Director of the OCD Institute for Children & Adolescents (ODCI Jr.) at McLean Hospital and faculty at Harvard Medical School, I bring expertise and compassion to helping you build a values-driven life, not just reduce symptoms. My practice is devoted exclusively to helping individuals manage anxiety, OCD, and depression using evidence-based approaches like ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention), CBT, ACT, and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).

Training Description:

I have more than a decade of experience treating OCD and related disorders with ERP and other evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and SPACE. Before licensure, I trained in the evidence-based treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and other co-occurring disorders at UMass Medical School, Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital, and Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital.
