My practice provides services to adults and adolescents struggling with trauma/PTSD, anxiety/managing stress, coping with life transitions, and OCD. I would say about a quarter of my caseload involves working with clients struggling with OCD.

I have been treating OCD for several years and utilizing ERP. I initially received training through a private practice that specialized in treatment for anxiety disorders, and then after continued to take CE’s focused around ERP through the CBI.
