I have been focusing on treatment of OCD and serious anxiety disorders in my practice for over 20 years. I love using evidence-based strategies for treating OCD and find my work with clients to be effective and rewarding. I have the utmost respect and empathy while my clients recover from this challenging–yet highly treatable–issue.

I have over 20 years of experience treating OCD and co-facilitate an OCD case consult for mental health professionals who treat OCD. My training comes attending OC Foundation meetings, other workshops, supervision by OCD therapists, and extensive reading about the disorder. The best training of all that I have received has come from the clients with OCD that I have already successfully treated. I believe in using the most recent, scientifically supported forms of treatment. For OCD I use exposure and response prevention (ERP) and CBT. I treat people with behavioral compulsions as well as those with obsessional thinking/rituals.

Fee: $250 per 5 session series
Open to: Adults, Older teens
Additional Information: This workshop will provide support and encouragement and teach the principals of cognitive strategies and exposure and response prevention. Led by an experienced OCD therapist. Current session begins 11/5/15. Call or email for dates and time of next session. A portion of the cost may be reimbursed by insurance.
