I serve clients in an outpatient private practice with in office and telehealth have worked with 10 clients who have OCD in the past two years.

I use evidenced-based approaches like CBT, ERP, ACT and EMDR for co-occurring OCD and trauma symptoms to help clients become stronger in the face of their thoughts and feelings and ultimately tackle the core issues that keeps them from living life fully.

I have attended the introductory training online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder through Massachusetts General Hospital. I work with clients through an ERP model and have lived experience with OCD myself.
