The majority of my practice serves OCD and Related Disorders sufferers. This is a speciality clinic founded specifically for this population to maximize access to quality, evidence-based OCD psychotherapy with concurrent attention to quality of life and overcoming obstacles both presented by the OCD and how particular barriers may obstruct OCD recovery.

ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders and other Mood Disorders, PTSD

-25 years of diverse experience in adult mental health including; individual psychotherapy, intensive outpatient programming, in-home psychosocial rehabilitation, inpatient psychiatric social work and Department of Veterans Affairs.
-Specialized, evidence-based psychotherapy training and experience in CBT, ERP, ACT and PE for trauma.
-Dually licensed and experienced in treatment of Substance Use Disorders.
-Personal experience parenting co-morbid ADHD and severe Anxiety
