Audrey Friedrich PhD
I am currently in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I provide outpatient therapy and am available for prolonged or intensive sessions in order to implement ERP treatment plans. I believe in a collaborative treatment approach and am happy to coordinate care with patient’s families or other medical providers as needed. Since 2009, I have worked with patients with severe OCD in a variety of settings.

As an undergraduate, I participated in research and authored publications in the University of Florida’s (UF) Department of Psychiatry which has specialized in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) for over twenty years. I returned to UF for internship and my postdoctoral fellowship, where I worked in their intensive OCD program. Subsequently, I relocated to Weston, Florida, where I worked at the intensive OCD program at the NeuroBehavioral Institute, for five years. At these locations I worked with members of the IOCDF Scientific Advisory Board.
