Narrative of Services:

Gather and Grow Therapy Services supports neurodivergent clients of all ages. For clients with OCD, we provide neuroaffirming exposure response prevention therapy that priorities client autonomy and honors sensory and communication differences.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Neuro-affirming exposure response preventions and acceptance and commitment therapy that accounts for sensory, executive functioning, and communication differences

Training Description:

Extensive training in exposure response prevention therapy, CBT for ARFID, acceptance and commitment therapy, and SPACE training for families and caregivers of neurodivergent children and teens with anxiety and/or OCD.

Diversity Statement:

My social work background is in liberation health through Boston University and I specialize in working with neurodivergent and disabled clients in understanding their individual strengths and support needs, and recognizing and processing the impacts of internalized ableism.
