I am a telehealth therapist specializing in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I also treat Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I have worked with individuals with autism spectrum disorder for 10 years including developing and running a mental health program for adults with autism and a mental health diagnosis. I also treat Body Focused Repetitive Disorders using Habit Reversal Training, and PTSD using Prolonged Exposure.

My training for OCD includes completing the Behavior Therapy Training in 2022, training by the OCD Lived Collective Experience on Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in 2022. Kimberley Quinlan’s ERP School in 2021, and Completion of the Cognitive Behavioral Institute’s 4 day training on Exposure and Response Prevention in 2020. I am Board Certified in Telemental Health and able to provide treatment anywhere in Virginia, Florida, and South Dakota.
