Narrative of Services:
I am the founder of Mount Kisco CBT, a small private practice specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for adolescents and adults. My areas of expertise include the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), depression, and emotion dysregulation. In addition, I also specialize in working with parents of children with special needs.
Training Description:

In 2010, I received my PhD from Temple University where I received specialized training in utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Maimonides Medical Center and my Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Center for Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CCDBT). As a Staff Psychologist at CCDBT, I led trainings on how to implement Exposure and Response Prevention with adolescents and adults. Upon opening my private practice in Westchester County, I have continued to work with adolescents and adults who suffer from OCD. For the past 10 years, at least 50% of my caseload has had a diagnosis of OCD or another anxiety disorder.
