90% of my clients have OCD or an OCD spectrum disorder. The rest have an anxiety disorder.

I have been working with OCD Spectrum disorders since 2018. I started my training in exposure with response prevention at The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center, receiving supervision from individuals trained through BTTI. I attend the IOCDF conference regularly. I also have experience with other evidence based treatments including ACT, metacognitive therapy, and I-CBT. This allows me to tailor therapy specific to the individual client’s needs and responses to treatment.
