My private practice is currently devoted to helping individuals with OCD and/or OC related disorders. Over the past year, I have worked with over 50 clients in Partial Hospital Program settings and looking to translate this success over to private practice and outpatient therapy for those struggling in the community.

I am trained in Exposure and Ritual Prevention and Behavioral Activation techniques through Rogers Behavioral Health, Harm Reduction approaches though the Harm Reduction Center in San Francisco, and DBT through Crestwood Healing Center and Behavioral Tech, a Marsha Linehan company. I have been working in the mental health field for nearly a decade and committed the last several years to CBT and ERP.

I approach every client with the focus of trauma informed care and acknowledge that the client is the expert of their own realities.
