Narrative of Services:

I consider myself an OCD and anxiety specialist, as this population has been the majority of my caseload for years. I also work with individuals with trauma. With my long-term OCD clients, the work often shifts towards addressing the impact of family-of-origin dynamics on their OCD experience.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

PTSD: Prolonged Exposure
Depression: Behavioral Activation and CBT

Training Description:

I’ve helped individuals recover from OCD since 2017. I use Exposure and Response Prevention, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you connect to the present moment in a healthier way. In addition to ERP, I also offer Inference-based CBT, an evidence-based form of OCD treatment that provides another option for OCD sufferers. I’ve received extensive training while working at renowned OCD clinics, as well as through regular consultation.

Diversity Statement:

I am committed to making treatment accessible to diverse individuals with OCD by offering telehealth and affordable care by being paneled with private insurance companies and offering payment plans as well.

I have received training on cultural competency, including racial and ethnic diversity training and LGBTQIA awareness/competency.
