Narrative of Services:

Approximately 90% of my practice consists of individuals struggling with OCD. I specialize in helping people with Pure O—violent and/or sexual intrusive thoughts with mental compulsions, reassurance-seeking, researching, confessing, etc. I utilize a combination of ACT, CBT, and ERP. I also provide couples therapy to couples in which one partner has OCD. All my sessions are virtual so I am able to help people living anywhere in Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, and North Carolina.

Training Description:

I received my bachelor’s degree from Brown University and my master’s degree from Boston College. I acquired my clinical training at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School’s largest psychiatric affiliate, on an inpatient unit in the division of Anxiety and Mood Disorders. I also trained at the OCD Institute, the nation’s first and foremost treatment center for OCD. Additional training includes Massachusetts General Hospital’s course CBT for OCD, Beck Institute’s course CBT for Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Institute’s intensive training Exposure & Response Prevention, and supervision via IOCDF.
