I work with college students, young adults, and adults on a variety of life challenges, assisting them in building thought & emotion management skills, increasing self-compassion, and creating a more meaningful life. About 25% of my current caseload are individuals with OCD, and I’m looking forward to increasing this!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and have been treating OCD for the past 2 1/2 years. I have attended additional trainings and workshops for ERP & ACT, and I have received group consultation for treating OCD through the BTTI.
