Narrative of Services:

I provide individual outpatient therapy to adults specializing in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related disorders. Approximately 50% of my practice currently consists of individuals seeking treatment for OCD. I have treated over 100 individuals with OCD across outpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. I welcome individuals with OCD into my practice and do not impose a cap on the number of OCD clients I treat.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Are you someone who struggles with feeling anxious? In our session you will learn tools to manage anxiety, challenge anxious thoughts, and explore ways to limit the power anxiety has in your life.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience working with clients in varying therapeutic settings and have specialized in treating OCD since 2019. I have experience working with both children and adults with OCD across a range of symptom severity. I have received training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for OCD, and have applied these skills in clinical practice to support clients in managing symptoms and improving their quality of life.

Diversity Statement:

I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I strive to provide culturally responsive, inclusive, and affirming care by recognizing how culture, family dynamics, personal values, and lived experiences can influence mental health and treatment. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered. I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs and remain committed to ongoing learning to strengthen my cultural competency and provide effective, equitable care.
