My practice is focused on treating anxiety disorders and OCD.

I have attended workshops and consultation groups in providing Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I have been treating OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders for more than 5 years.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming.

I have received advanced training in working with gender minorities and writing letters for gender affirming medical care.
