Stacy M Gronek, LCPC, CADC, RYT
Narrative of Services:
The OCD & Anxiety Center provides evidenced based treatment to individuals of all ages and their families. Traditional office based sessions as well as community, school or home based appointments are available to meet the therapeutic needs of clients. Treatment frequency depends on the severity of symptoms and the needs of the individual. Session frequency ranges from weekly, multiple times weekly/extended sessions, to our Personalized Intensive Outpatient Program (PIOP). The PIOP program is for patients suffering from complex and severe symptoms, where they receive one-on-one treatment with a licensed clinician 2-7 days per week, 1-6 hours per day.
Stacy Gronek began her career as a special education teacher and continued her education to become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Stacy completed the IOCDF Pediatric Behavior Therapy Training Institute as well as the Trichotillomania Learning Center’s Virtual Professional Training Institute. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, she integrates mindfulness, mediation and breathing techniques into treatment. Stacy also draws on her teaching experience to support families through the IEP process and advocating for classroom supports. Before joining the OCD & Anxiety Center, Stacy led an outpatient program for adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression.
