Narrative of Services:
I see individuals with OCD, Eating Disorders, and anxiety. I utilize ACT, ERP, I-CBT, and RO DBT to help individuals find more flexibility, connection, and joy in their lives. I offer both individual and group sessions in person and virtually.

Training Description:
I have been treating individuals with OCD for the majority of my career and have attended many OCD-specific trainings with various organizations including Newport, OCD Anxiety Center, and IOCDF. I attended the International OCD Foundation Conference 2025 in Chicago and am co-facilitating a discussion at the Faith and OCD Conference in November 2025.
Diversity Statement:
I work with many individuals with religious backgrounds. I am also Asian American and have worked with many Asian Americans. I have attended various trainings on working with both of these populations.
