Narrative of Services:

I provide in-home, community based, and telehealth behavior therapy to children, adolescents and adults with OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders who live in Boston and the North Shore of Massachusetts. I am the Secretary of OCD Massachusetts, an affiliate of the IOCDF, and I am a member of the New England ACT Chapter, the International OCD Foundation, and the American Counseling Association. While working at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital, I participated in the treatment of hundreds of people with OCD.

Training Description:

I earned my Masters Degree from Northeastern University’s Masters in Counseling Program with a focus on CBT. My graduate school training was completed at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital (OCDI) where I received extensive training in ERP, ACT, and CBT from leading experts in the field. For several years after graduate school, I worked at the OCDI in various capacities, including as a Community Residence Counselor, Research Assistant, Clinical Research Coordinator, and most recently a Behavior Therapist. I have also received supervision and training from an expert in Home Based Therapy for OCD.
