Narrative of Services:

95% of my private practice (Mindset Family Therapy) focuses on treating clients with OCD and OC related disorders. We support the proven efficacy of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In addition to ERP, we also use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and mindfulness training. You will learn to do imaginary and in-vivo exposures and acquire non-avoidance coping skills. Together we will develop a response prevention plan for you to follow along with our guidance. Feel free to visit my website (https://mindsetfamilytherapy.com), and read the articles I have published regarding our focus of treatment.

Training Description:

I have been working with children, adolescents, and adults with OCD and anxiety since 2000. I am a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI – 2012) and have had the opportunity to consult with nationally renowned OCD experts. My staff and I have attended the IOCDF Conferences annually since 2012. We have led groups and presented workshops for children and adults at the annual IOCD Conference since 2014. We stay up to date on the latest research regarding OCD treatment. We are passionate about teaching ERP and ACT skills to our audiences and clients.

Diversity Statement:

We welcome multicultural populations from all demographic backgrounds. We’ve had the opportunity to work with clients from around the world including the United Kingdom, Japan, Africa, Dubai, and Latin America.

We have worked and continue to help clients from diverse backgrounds including the LGBTQIA community.
