Narrative of Services:

I offer exposure response prevention and can tailor ERP for individuals with co-occuring neurodivergence such as ADHD or Autism. Over 50% of my practice is OCD and I have worked with clients who have a variety of sub-types such as real life event, health, existential, contamination, harm etc.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder utilizing mindfulness based approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialetical behavioral therapy adapted for neurodivergence. I make adaptations to be mindful of sensory sensitivities, interpersonal relationships, and communication preferences from a neurodiverse affirming lens. I have experience treating other anxiety disorders such as panic disorder and agoraphobia.

Training Description:

I have treated OCD for over a year. I have attended trainings on OCD through knowledge tree, and attended consultations groups through I-OCD. I received biweekly consultation on my OCD cases from other LMFT who have attended the BTTI training.

Diversity Statement:

I have previously worked in schools receiving title one funding for three years with diverse populations such as asian, black, and hispanic populations.
