Narrative of Services:

I work with adults across Massachusetts struggling with OCD, including intrusive thoughts, checking compulsions, contamination fears, and Pure O. Using ERP and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I help clients understand their OCD, reduce compulsions, and work toward meaningful recovery. My approach is practical, structured, and collaborative.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I use ERP and CBT as my primary treatment modalities to address OCD alongside co-occurring anxiety and mood disorders. I also incorporate EMDR to support clients dealing with trauma-related presentations, using a structured, evidence-based framework to guide treatment planning and client progress.

Diversity Statement:

Over the course of my career I have worked with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I understand that OCD can look different across cultures and consider this in my approach with every client.
